FAQ

How long until I can be matched with a donor?

It would take you roughly 8-10 years to be matched with a deceased kidney donor.
Through our network of international clinics you can undergo a kidney transplant with a living altruistic donor within a Month.

How come it’s so easy and quick to undergo a kidney transplant through you?

We have connections to dozens of different transplant centers around the world. The transplant
coordinators there have agreements with dozens of non-profit kidney donor organizations.
Because we add your name to a list of clinics with such a wide reach, you can be matched
faster with a donor than you would in the local Waiting List.
The process itself is not easy, but it is more convenient and quicker than in normal way.

When can I undergo a kidney transplant?

After you sign a contract with us we will send your medical report to our large list of transplant
clinics around the world. If you’re fit to undergo an operation then the transplant coordinator in
the clinics will inform you of a matching donor. Then we’ll organize your travel overseas for a
successful operation.

How long will I be on the waiting list?

We sign you up to multiple waiting lists around the world.
Your time on the waiting lists will be between 4 to 6 weeks. Much quicker than waiting for 8-10 years on the national waiting list.

Which country will you be taking me to?

Although the list of countries that we work with is growing, we can not provide you with an exact
destination. Because it is up to the decision of the clinics and transplant clinics to send you an
invite once a match is found.

Do you organize the flights, accommodation and visits to the doctor?

We organize the flights and accommodation for you alongside a personal interpreter/guide. The
visits to the clinic will be organized by the interpreter in order to make it convenient for you. The
interpreter is a fluent English speaker that will be more than happy to show you the sights and
will be by your side throughout your entire stay.

Can I take my relative/spouse/friend with me?

You can take 1 relative/spouse/friend with you on your journey with us. The travel class
(Business, Coach) alongside any other additional flight tickets will be determined by the price
package that you choose with us.

How many days do I have to spend in the clinic overseas?

You will stay abroad for up to 30 days. 7-10 of those days will consist of appointments, medical
checkups, the surgery itself and the smooth recovery. In the end you will fly out as healthy as
possible.

Who is the donor?

The donor is an anonymous altruistic individual. The entire process is handled by various
non-profit donor organizations around the world that the clinic has connections with.
For legal purposes the clinic does not disclose this information to us or any patients. However,
rest assured that all medical tests are done in order to find the perfect kidney match for you

What if my kidney graft gets rejected

The possibility of kidney transplant rejection is extremely low. However, in case such a situation
were to arise; we would get in touch with the clinic and send you home for 6 months.
Afterwards, you will be sent another invite and you can fly out again to undergo a second kidney
transplant. Additional fees may apply in accordance with the price package that you choose.

How do I make the payment?

You can make payment for our services through a bank transfer. All of the company requisites
and credentials are mentioned in the contract, under the payment clause. Our payment plan
structure can be divided into several installments to make it easier for you.
